5 结构特点 Structure Feature
本产品为单相油浸电磁式电压互感器,为串级式绝缘结构,一次绕组分为两个线圈(如
图 1),每个线圈为一个绝缘分级。一次线圈为多层圆筒式,由单丝漆包线绕成。上端“A”为 全绝缘,下端“N”为接地端,自上而下电位逐渐降低,铁心与一次绕组在适当位置作等电位连 接。
It is single phase, oil-immersed, induced voltage, the structure is cascade type, the primary windinghas two coils (refer to figure 1), each coil is a grade of insulation. The primary coil is multi layercylinder type, which is made from single-silk enamel wire. The upper terminal “A” is fullyinsulated, and lower terminal “N” is intended to be earthed, the potential decrease gradually, thecore and primary is made equipotential connection in suitable position.

次绕组及平衡绕组。器身由优质绝缘材料制成的构件支承,其介质损耗因数较小。器身经真
空干燥处理后,装在充满变压器油的瓷套内。变压器油经过脱水、脱气处理。The core is square frame type, upper limb is covered by primary winding and stabilizing winding,lower limb is covered by protective winding, measuring winding, primary winding and stabilizingwinding. The active part support materials are made from good qualify insulation material, whichhave very low dielectric dissipation factor. The active part is dehydrated under high degree vacuum,and then assembled in the porcelain, then filled with oil. The oil has been dehydrated and degassedin advance.
器身及瓷套装在钢板制成的底座上,除“A”端外所有绕组的出头均通过底座上的二次端子 引出,底座上还有接地螺栓供产品接地用。
The active part and porcelain are assembled on steel base. Besides terminal “A”, all terminals aredrawn out from secondary terminals on the base, also there is a earthing bolt on the base for productearthing.
